A cool little experiment I've just done. Get a really old photo of a crowd, check it out through a magnifying glass and draw a bunch of portraits. I think this is a nice exercise to try out.

A little sketch of one of the most legendary guitarists and a real old favorite of mine, Kirk Hammett from Metallica. I've loved this band since seeing them play live at Donington in 1985. I played in a Metallica Tribute band for 10 years so they feel part of the family really.

I was told at the London Film & Comic Con that it is like a character from the Star Wars comics but I'm really not familiar with those comics (total coincidence if thats true)!
